Managing lead hand off to or from your Sales team gets complicated if your organization uses multiple tools or Salesforce products. Then, what if you need to turn a lead into a deal? Or create tasks linked to your lead to move it further along your pipeline? That's where a 2-way integration can come in handy, so that teams in Salesforce can stay up-to-date on leads while working in tandem across various checkpoints in the sales process.
No need for redundant status meetings, check-ins, or requests for information - just a simple 2-way flow that turns leads into other Salesforce objects or even items in other tools!
Which Salesforce objects can sync with Unito?
Unito's Salesforce integration syncs all standard and custom objects.
Each Unito flow can only sync one type of object: for example, leads opportunities or accounts. Any records of these object types can be synced in a Unito flow, where they will count as an item in sync.
Why sync Salesforce cases?
With Unito, you can:
- Centralize case details: Bring case details into other tools, including those intended for project management, software development, databases and more. With a unified view, anyone in your organization can get the full picture of each customer ticket and how it was resolved.
- Consolidate lead details: Bring essential lead information into your CRM from elsewhere, including marketing automation tools, or send them to a spreadsheet or even a project management tool. Wherever you sync your leads, Unito can give your teams a unified view of the lead at every stage of the pipeline.
- Automate Updates: Sync lead status changes, comments, and other key fields in real-time. No more human error, missed opportunities or tedious manual data entry.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Enable sales, marketing, and support to work together effectively, even if they're using different tools. This fosters better communication and ensures everyone has the latest information on each lead.
