What's covered during the onboarding session?

After subscribing to Unito, keep an eye out in your inbox for your onboarding invitation. You’ll be sent a link to book at a time that suits you. Don’t see a time that suits you? Reach out to the team here — we’re happy to cater to different time zones.

The onboarding session is run through Zoom so we’re able to share screens if needed. If you haven’t downloaded Zoom, just join the meeting with your browser.

Your onboarding session is completely personalized to your needs. We’re able to cover any topics to help you get the most value over the call. In a typical onboarding, the agenda will look something like this:

  • Discussion of your business goals

  • An in-depth look at your workflow

  • Advice on building your workflow if you’re in the early stages

  • Guidance on the best way to customize your flows

  • Learning our latest features and functionalities

What to prepare before the onboarding?

If you haven’t already, connect all of your tools in the integrations page. Some tools need additional set-up steps before connecting to Unito, such as Jira and GitHub Enterprise.

Create a couple of test projects and sync them together. This will help you come up with any questions on functionality and how this is going to work with your real workflow.

Make sure all of your team members are in your Unito workspace so they can create flows. Here are the instructions on how to do that.
