Limitations of Unito's Smartsheet Integration
Here's a breakdown of what Unito's Smartsheet integration can't do yet — and a few other considerations.
Unito's Smartsheet integration is designed to get crucial data out of your sheets and into other tools. You've seen what Unito can do for Smartsheet users, so this article will cover what it can't do — yet.

Other limitations
- Rich text: You won't be able to sync bolded, italic, or other types of rich text with this integration.
- Dropdowns: While multi-select dropdowns can be mapped in the Unito app, their values can't be synced. Only single-select dropdowns are supported by this integration.
- Subtasks: Since Smartsheet doesn't have a work item hierarchy the way some tools do, you won't be able to sync subtasks and other sub-items (e.g. Trello checklists and Asana subtasks) to Smartsheet.
