Unsupported fields
- @mentions: These can't be synced.
- Email: These fields can't be synced.
Other monday.com limitations
- Subtasks: You won't be able to sync monday.com subtasks with Unito.
- Signing up for Unito: You won't be able to sign up for Unito directly from your monday.com account. You'll have to sign up with your email address, or another work app/tool account. If you need more help, you can follow this guide on how to add Unito to your monday.com account.
Other monday.com considerations
Edited comments
When you edit comments in monday.com, these edits won't be synced over to other boards or other tools. That's because Unito only syncs new comments, not any edits to existing comments.
