Which HubSpot work items can sync with Unito?
Unito's HubSpot integration supports multiple types of work items: tasks, tickets and deals. Any of these work items synced by your flows will count as an item in sync.
By creating a Unito flow, you'll be able to sync your HubSpot data to other tools and vice versa with automated updates based on rules set by you.
This article will give you an overview of supported HubSpot fields, as well as limitations of Unito's integration.
Note: each Unito flow you set up will only sync one work item type. To sync multiple work item types, you'll need to create additional flows.

Necessary permissions and OAuth scopes for Unito's HubSpot integration
Only a HubSpot Super Admin can connect your account to Unito and create flows to sync tasks, tickets or deals.
What are OAuth scopes? Open Authorization (OAuth) is a protocol that enables an application (Unito) to access specific data from another application (HubSpot) without requiring your password. When setting up an integration, you'll need to grant certain OAuth scopes to Unito in order for your data to be synced effectively with other tools.
Regarding data security and privacy, rest assured Unito is SOC 2 Type 2 certified and all information is encrypted.

Limitations and other things to keep in mind
- Attachments, comments, and notes: These fields aren't currently supported by this integration.
- No associated object rules: When syncing HubSpot tasks, you can build rules that filter out tasks depending on which deal they're associated with. This isn't available when syncing HubSpot tickets.
-
Using the workflow designer: If you create your flow through the workflow designer, you won't be able to choose to sync HubSpot tickets. Make sure you create your flow from the flow list.
-
Five-minute sync: Webhooks aren't supported for this integration yet, which means your HubSpot ticket flows will only check for updates every five minutes.
