Unito's Trello Power-Ups
-
Mirror: This Power-Up enables you to quickly duplicate and share individual Trello cards from between boards within a single workspace. Any changes made in any mirrored cards will then be reflected in every other mirrored card. You can use Mirror to delegate tasks, sync a to-do list, and more. Learn more about how Mirror works here.
-
Board Sync: Sync multiple cards between Trello boards across multiple workspaces without relying on individual mirrors for each card. Just connect your boards to Unito, pick rules to decide which cards to sync, and Unito's Board Sync Power-Up takes care of the rest.
-
Integration Power-Ups: A host of other Power-Ups from Unito connect Trello boards to tools like Salesforce, Asana, and Jira. With one of these Power-Ups, you can turn Trello cards into work items in these tools, with Unito keeping them up-to-date in both tools automatically.
When you sign up for Unito, you'll have access to all our Power-Ups. So you can mirror individual cards, export to a spreadsheet, and sync Trello cards to other boards or tools in your stack.
How to choose the right Power-Up
Not sure which Power-Up you should pick? Here's a quick guide:
- Choose Mirror if: You work exclusively in Trello and need to share a few cards across boards to delegate work, keep clients in the loop, or mirror cards to a centralized board.
- Choose Board Sync if: You want to effectively "mirror" an entire Trello board to another board. This is useful for building a master roadmap and dispatching work to other boards, creating a live dashboard of multiple projects, for example.
- Choose an integration Power-Up if: You need to sync Trello cards to other tools, whether that's to collaborate across teams within your organization or aligning with external collaborators.
NOTE: You can use multiple Unito Power-Ups in Trello, but you won't be able to mirror cards in a board that's already syncing cards through Board Sync. If you do, you'll see this error message:
You'll have to pick one Power-Up or the other in that case.
Items in sync for Trello flows and card mirrors
Unito uses "items in sync" to determine the price of your plan. Each synced card and checklist counts as an item in sync. There is a separate limit to the number of mirrors you can create, while each mirrored card also counts as an item in sync. Here are some examples for your reference:
- 1 card synced in 2 boards = 2 items in sync
- 1 card mirrored between 3 boards = 3 items in sync, 2 mirrors
- 1 card + 1 checklist synced in 2 boards = 4 items in sync
- 1 card + 1 checklist mirrored between 2 boards = 4 items in sync, 1 mirror
