Other Smartsheet considerations
Supported Smartsheet plans
This integration only supports Business and Enterprise plans. If you have a Pro or Free plan, you’ll likely run into issues.
Syncing User and Dropdown fields
To sync these fields with Unito, you need to set up your Unito flow with a System Admin Smartsheet account.
Syncing Dropdowns
When syncing Dropdowns, Unito can only sync options that are added through a Dropdown’s settings. If you add an option in a cell, Unito won’t be able to sync it.
