Unsupported HubSpot work items and fields

  • Invoices and subscriptions: Unito can read these but can't write to them.
  • Calculated and read-only properties: Unito can read these but can't write to them.

Other HubSpot considerations

  • Conversation threads: Conversation threads are read only. Unito can't create or delete them. Comments synced to HubSpot are always created as internal comments.
  • Custom properties and owners: Unito can sync your existing custom properties and HubSpot owners, but can't create new properties or users in HubSpot.
  • Files: Unito can read and upload files, but can't delete or replace a file that is attached in HubSpot. Files on conversation thread messages are read-only, so to add one, post it with a new comment.
