Unsupported features: Confluence
Here's a breakdown of what Unito's [Tool] integration can't do yet and a few other considerations.
In this article:
Unsupported Confluence fields
- Attachments: Not supported with this integration.
Other Confluence limitations
- Sync direction: This integration can only sync data out of Confluence.
- Partial rich text: Some formatting styles, smart chips, emojis and will sync with Unito though they'll appear as plain text. Confluence-specific content such as timelines or custom macros may not sync properly.
- Labels and statuses: These can only be synced to plain text fields for now, such as descriptions or custom fields.
- Webhooks: This integration does not yet support webhooks.
- On-premise installations: This Unito currently only supports the cloud version of Confluence. On-premise versions can't be connected to Unito.
