Limitations of Unito's Zoho Projects Integration

Here's a breakdown of what Unito's Zoho Projects integration can't do yet — and a few other considerations.

Unito's Zoho Projects integration is designed to get crucial data out of your projects and into other tools. You've seen what Unito can do for Zoho Projects users, so this article will cover what it can't do — yet.

  • Signing up for Unito through Zoho Projects: With many of our integrations, you can sign up for Unito through your account for that tool. With Zoho Projects however, you'll need to sign up for Unito with your email address or through another tool that enables single sign on.

  • Syncing attachments: You won't be able to sync attachments to (or from) Zoho Projects just yet.

  • Data centers outside of the US: Due to a limitation with the Zoho Projects API, Unito currently only supports Zoho workspaces working from data centers in the United States. To know if you can use Unito, look to your workspace's domain. If it ends in .com, then we can support your workspace! If it ends with something else, like .eu or .in, we won't be able to support your projects.
  • Creating extra projects from Unito: You'll definitely be able to create projects in your tool directly from Unito, but only if that project doesn't take you over the limits of your Zoho Projects plan.

  • Comments: You won't be able to sync comments with this integration.
  • Assignees: Assignees can't be synced with this integration.
  • Live sync: This integration doesn't support webhooks, so it may take five minutes or more for changes in Zoho Projects to be synced to other tools.
