Unsupported Features: Pipedrive
Here's a breakdown of what Unito's Pipedrive integration can't do yet — and a few other considerations.

Unsupported Pipedrive fields
- Email: Only the first email address in a contact can be synced.
- Phone number: Only the first phone number in a contact can be synced.
Other Pipedrive limitations
- Two-way flows: You can only build two-way flows between Pipedrive and other tools with contacts as a work item. You can still sync Pipedrive with other tools, but you can only create one-way flows from Pipedrive to the other tool.
- Mapping the organization field: Currently, you can only map this field to the Description Footer field in other tools.
- Live sync: This integration doesn't currently support live syncing, meaning you'll have to wait about 5 minutes to see Unito sync changes between Pipedrive and other tools.
Other Pipedrive considerations
Marketing status fields
Pipedrive's marketing status field tells you if a contact has agreed to receive marketing communications from you. This status is part of Pipedrive's Campaigns feature, which is currently in closed beta, meaning not all Unito users will have access to it. Be aware that once a contact's marketing status is set to unsubscribed or bounced, it can no longer be edited. You'll get a notification in the Unito app when this is the case. To ensure that your Unito flow syncs the marketing status field, every option has to be properly mapped.
