Which HubSpot and Trello work items can sync with Unito?
Work items or items in sync is a general term for the information synced by Unito. In this case, "items" refers to Trello cards or HubSpot deals, tasks and tickets.
Trello
Unito syncs Trello card data from your boards to other apps and tools supported by Unito. By creating a Unito flow, you'll be able to keep your cards synced with automated updates based on rules set by you.
HubSpot
Unito's HubSpot integration supports multiple types of work items: tasks, tickets and deals. Any of these work items synced by your flows will count as an item in sync.
Note: each Unito flow you set up will only sync one work item type. To sync multiple work item types, you'll need to create additional flows.
Here's what this integration can look like:
Use case: streamlining sales processes
Are you constantly going back and forth between HubSpot and Trello? Maybe your salespeople spend most of their day handling deals and tasks in HubSpot while their managers and other teams live in Trello. That means all your approvals and technical requests need to go through Trello at some point — unless you're forcing people to jump back and forth between tools. This integration can send HubSpot deals to Trello and turn them into Trello cards, so all that work can happen in both tools simultaneously.
Use case: maintaining an enriched database
Do you wish you had a single place where you could see all the deals you lost in the past month? Or maybe you want a visual way to understand how much MRR certain deals are bringing in? While Trello isn't the strongest databasing tool out there, it's a great way to see things visually. By syncing HubSpot deals to Trello, you can organize your deals across multiple boards and get a better look at your pipeline.
