A new version of Unito's Wrike-Jira Sync is now available!
Here are the two main improvements that were affecting a number of users:
Custom Port support
For users having on-premise Jira instances, you can now access them using the custom port of your choice. To do this you just have to include the custom port number to your Jira url when adding a new Jira account (see screenshot below).
Required fields support
Jira required fields were preventing the sync from Wrike to Jira to happen because Jira was requesting a value for your required fields.
In order to avoid that, if the field configuration in your sync project has required fields, Unito will automatically populate them to the best of its knowledge:
- "SYNC_DEFAULT" for a string.
- 0 if it's a number
- The first option if it's a dropdown menu.
- The current user if the field is a user
- One day, if the field is timetracking.
If you want to change these default values, please contact us, we can populate your required fields with custom values instead in your manual settings.
