Edit settings for any existing sync on the fly
Any of your existing syncs can now be edited, even if it is already live. You just need to go to your dashboard and click on the down arrow at the end of the sync's line. Clicking EDIT will bring you to your settings, you can change anything you want and click SAVE SYNC, it will take every change into account from there.
Map your team, statuses and priorities across tools
Make sure everyone gets all the information by syncing your team, statuses and priorities across tools.
With an easy drag-and-drop, fully customize your mappings to fit your team's workflow. Find them in your settings under the "people" and "fields" tabs.
Prefix the tasks titles in Wrike with Jira issue numbers
Easily find your synced Jira issues by their number on Wrike. Some users want it, others not so we give you the choice to enable it or not!
Enable your Jira sync in read-only mode this way everything from your Jira projects will sync but not the changes made on Wrike on these synced issues. A great way to report IT teams work without being able to change it on Wrike!
Filter synced Jira issues by issue type
Sometimes you don't want every Jira issues to be synced and shared with other teams on Wrike so we added this possibility in your settings.
Add/delete app accounts directly from your dashboard
This is especially useful when you decide to create a bot account to manage your syncs. But this feature is intended to bring you exciting new features in the near future... Stay tuned!
