Unsupported Features: Freshservice
Here's a breakdown of what Unito's Freshservice integration can't do yet and a few other considerations.
In this article:
Unsupported Freshservice fields
Unito supports all fields for Freshservice.
Other Freshservice limitations
- Sync direction: Unito can only sync data from Freshservice to other tools. Two-way syncing isn't available for this integration.
- Real-time sync: This integration doesn't support webhooks, so real-time syncing isn't available.
Other Freshservice considerations
Syncing large amounts of data
Freshservice has relatively low rate limits, restricting the amount of data Unito can sync per minute. You can refer to Freshservice's rate limits here.
Authorization
Using 0Auth 2 for authorization isn't available for this integration. You'll need an API key to connect your Freshservice account with Unito.
