What this article covers
Unito's Help Center is evolving, which means some screenshots or guides may be a bit outdated. We're working hard to fix that. Thanks for your understanding.
How does Unito's pricing work?
Unito's plans are based two things: items in sync and features.
So when you're choosing a plan, you should consider:
How many items in sync do I need?
What features do I need?
Our pricing page has a full list of our plans and a comparison of each plan's features.
But if you want to know more about each feature — and get a definition for items in sync — then you've come to the right place.
If you're on a legacy plan based on active users, you can find more information about how we count active users here.
How does Unito define an item in sync?
Work items have different names depending on the tool you're using and what you choose to sync. Examples include:
Google Sheets: rows
An item in sync is any work item that is kept in sync as part of a Unito flow. Subtasks and checklist items also count as items in sync.
Syncing one item from one tool to another tool counts as two items in sync.
If you synced a Trello card with 1 checklist item to Asana—which would create a task & subtask—that would be 4 items in sync.
The Items in Sync page in your Workspace Settings allows you to quickly review your current items in sync.
You can learn more about what counts as an item in each tool, where to find your count of items in sync, and look through additional examples in this more detailed article.
Which features come with each plan?
Each plan type includes its own features. You can also specify the number of items in sync for your expected usage to further customize your plan and pick one that suits your needs.
You can find a detailed comparison on our pricing page.
Here's a basic rundown:
The Personal plan
The Personal plan is designed to support personal workflows, such as organizing all your to-dos in one place or managing a single freelancer’s clients. It's a light version of our more comprehensive plans, but you still benefit from the power of Unito's deep, two-way integrations for your work management tools.
Here are some of the key features of our entry-level Personal plan:
10 active flows: You can have up to 10 flows, which will be automatically synced every 15 minutes.
15-minute sync: Once you've created your flow, we'll check every 15 minutes to see if any changes were made to your items. Then, we'll sync any changes you made during that period.
Up to 6 mapped fields: you can map up to 6 fields such as title, description, due date, etc. You can't map custom fields or subtasks/checklists on the Personal plan though.
The Team plan
The Team plan is the next tier up. If you have a single workflow you'd like to optimize for your team, then this might be the plan for you.
Here are some of the features you get with the entry-level Team plan:
More flows: While the exact number depends on the specific plan you select, you get a higher number of flows than the Personal plan, all synced automatically every five minutes.
Subtasks/checklists: If you need to sync subtasks or checklists, Team plans have you covered.
One custom field mapping: You can set up and sync a single custom field, enabling you to build a more precise, personalized workflow and gain that much more control.
Unlimited basic field mappings: There's no limit to the number of standard fields that can be mapped with the Team plan.
Five-minute sync: Once you've created your flow, we'll check every five minutes to see if any changes were made to your items. Then, we'll sync any changes you made during that period.
30-minute live onboarding session: Our most successful users get help setting up their workflows from our team of experts. An onboarding session pairs you up with a Customer Success Manager who will help you set up your workflow.
The Company plan
The Company plan is designed for organizations that need robust, two-way integrations for collaboration across multiple teams or entire departments.
Here's what's included in the entry-level Company plan:
Live sync: After your flow is created, we'll check periodically for changes to your items. Depending on the size of your projects, this sync can take a few minutes.
60-minute live onboarding session: Our most successful users start off on the right foot with an onboarding session. Get paired up with a dedicated Customer Success Manager who will help you set up your workflow.
Unlimited custom fields: With the Company plan, you can set up and sync as many custom fields as needed, in addition to unlimited basic field mappings.
Enterprise solutions have all the features of the Company plan, including live syncing, collaborator reports, and custom fields.
Unlike other plans, these solutions can be completely customized to your needs:
Price: Because so much of this plan is tailored to what you need, we make sure the price matches what you're getting out of it.
Items in sync & active flows: Not all Enterprise-level businesses are the same, and your needs may well go above the Company plan limits. Reach out to us and we'll help you figure out how many active flows and items in sync you'll need.
Payment terms: Not every business wants to — or can — pay with a credit card. With this plan, we can invoice you in a way that suits your organization's procurement method.
Security assessment: Our security team will run a complete security assessment for you before you buy.
Priority support: Our workflow and integration experts will answer any questions you have within one business day.
Dedicated account manager: Your account manager is your main point of contact at Unito. They'll be with you at every step of your journey, helping you to hit milestones and get the most out of Unito.
Dedicated customer success manager: Whether you need help setting up a workflow, customizing your rules, or you just need a bit of guidance, trust in your customer success manager to be your go-to problem solver.
