Managing projects and tasks is a team effort. If you need multiple people to create and edit your syncs, first you’ll need to add them to your workspace. Luckily, that’s super easy to do.

From the Unito dashboard, click your profile icon on the top right of the page, then select “workspace.”

This will bring you to the workspace page. From here, you can manage your workspace name and invite new members. Just enter the email of the person you’d like to invite in the second box, and click the blue “Invite” button to the right of it. All members of your workspace will be displayed at the bottom, and if you have any invitations pending, they will be displayed below that.

Any person you invite will receive an email letting them know you’ve invited them to you workspace, and they’ll be able to accept the invitation there. Once they do, they’ll be part of your workspace!

Note: if the person you are inviting already has a separate Unito workspace, their syncs and active users will be merged into yours. This will count towards your total sync and active user limit. Therefore, careful consideration should be taken before inviting people to your workspace.
