What Unito syncs from Asana
Unito syncs tasks, projects, and portfolios from Asana by linking individual fields to items in other tools (e.g., Jira issues, ServiceNow records, Smartsheet rows).
Supported fields for Asana tasks
Unito supports over 26 fields for Asana tasks. Here’s a list of these fields as well as supported sync directions and rules.

- One-Way: Changes to this field can be configured to sync in a single direction rather than both.

Additional features
Unito’s Asana integration also supports the following features:
- Dependencies: Unito can sync dependencies from Asana with lookups in other tools (e.g., Jira dependencies).
- Hierarchies: Unito can sync multi-level relationships between connected Asana work items like tasks, projects, and portfolios, keeping relationships intact across tools.
- Item matching: Unito can identify and sync existing Asana tasks instead of duplicating them, based on matching criteria.
