What's the difference between Asana and Asana Advanced?

Unito's Asana integration syncs tasks as work items, with fields like assignees and due dates supported. The Asana Advanced integration syncs projects as work items, syncing data from fields in your Asana portfolios.

The Asana Advanced integration is only available with Unito's Enterprise plans.

Supported Asana Advanced fields

Here are the fields you can sync with Unito's Asana Advanced integration, along with which fields can be used in rules.

Quick definitions:

  • One-Way: Changes to the Asana Advanced field will appear in the other synced field but not vice versa.
  • Two-Way: Changes to either synced field will appear in the other.
  • Rules: This task field can be used as a trigger in your rules to filter work items from syncing with Unito.
