Go to your Dashboard. You'll find each flow's status between the Sync now button and the flow's name.

All flow statuses and what they mean

Here's a quick breakdown of every flow status and what it means. You'll find more detailed information below.

  • Healthy: Unito has properly connected to your accounts and blocks of work.

  • Unable to sync: Something is preventing Unito from properly interacting with the account or blocks of work you're trying to sync.

  • Initial sync in progress: You've just finished creating your flow, and it's going to take a few minutes to go through selected tools and sync changes.

  • Syncing: Unito picked up updates in one tool and is syncing them to the other.

  • Sync in progress: Depending on your plan, we'll either check for changes in your synced tasks every few minutes or update your tasks whenever a change is made. In either case, this status appears to let you know any changes you've made to tasks and projects are currently being updated across your flow.
  • Suspended: Usually, you'll see this status when your flows are paused, either because your trial has ended or your subscription hasn't been paid.

  • Draft: You've started creating this flow but haven't launched it yet.

  • Status not available: This flow status usually means there's an issue with the flow status service, but not the flow itself. Not to worry, though! Refresh your page and you should get an updated flow status. If that doesn't work, try a hard refresh (by hitting CMD+Shift+R on a Mac or CTRL+Shift+R on a PC).

Fixing common errors with flow status

Flow health tells you which flows need your attention to keep working properly, but that's not the only thing it can do. When you edit a flow with an Unable to sync status, you'll see a To do list in the Activity screen. This will list issues keeping your flows from working properly. Click on one...

...and you'll get more details on the issue. In this screen, you'll see where the issue's coming from, while the Solution field gives you a step-by-step process for fixing it, with helpful links to guide you through it. Hopefully, this helps you solve any problems preventing your flows from working properly.
